The heart of the Ocean Marine project is the mega yacht repair facility. The yard features a new 1250-ton Syncrolift, loading and weight distribution are monitored by computer to ensure a safe haul. The vessel is then transferred by a ground level rail system to the 38,000 sq. ft. repair/paint building. The facility is capable of housing two 235' mega yachts simultaneously; and has heated floors and supply air for year round operation. Additional features of the building include: smooth paneled walls, recessed surround lighting, cascading water wall washdown system, and the ability to pressurize to keep dust out while painting. In order to guarantee on-time delivery commitments, the repair/paint facility is equipped with a standby generator capable of supplying power throughout the entire complex. Some notable yachts repaired at Ocean Marine Yacht Center include Blue Moon, Cakewalk, Carolinian, Double G, Halcyon Days, Bravo Zulu as well as hundreds of local and transient yachts annually.

For medium size yacht repair, Ocean Marine has a new 80-ton Travelift. A complement of full time, factory-trained technicians are qualified to repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning, refrigeration, steering and hydraulic systems. The skilled and well-seasoned yard crew handles fiberglass and gel coat repair, bottom painting, stabilizer, propeller, shaft and strut repair. Ocean Marine Yacht Center is a factory authorized dealer for: Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Lugger, MAN, Northern Lights, Onan, Volvo, Westerbeke, Yanmar, Borg Warner, Twin Disc, and ZF.

Next to the yacht repair facility is a 320-boat indoor dry storage facility for boats up to 40' in length. The dry storage features certified forklift drivers operating new Marina Bull 20,000 lb. forklifts. To protect the boats housed in dry storage, a state-of-the-art automatic fire suppression system alerts the fire department in cases of emergency or changes of environment. Another valued feature of the dry storage facility is a full service center for gas engines, stern drives, and outboards. Mega yacht tenders may also be repaired and stored in the facility.

Ocean Marine Yacht Center also boasts a modern, all-floating slip Marina. Unrestricted access from sea, deep draft inside the Marina as well as 1,500 ft. of along side dockage for larger yachts, make Ocean Marine Yacht Center's Marina a haven for boats of all sizes. Some of the amenities include: a 105' fuel dock and pump out station, ships' store, laundry room, showers, and a courtesy car for customer convenience. Immediately adjacent to the Marina is Portsmouth's Harbor Center Pavilion featuring a wide variety of musical venues and entertainment.
